Founded in 2012, SiMotion (Spirals in Motion) offers an innovative approach to address motor control deterioration and cognitive decline associated with aging, injury, and degenerative conditions. Stibens Jimenez M.S. Kinesiology, CES, CSCS, CEAS is a movement educator dedicated to physical and mental well-being through his passion for the art of spatial motion and sciences. Stibens holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics and has continued his advanced education by attending educational training studies focusing on neurophysiology, psychology, motor control, degenerative diseases, brain plasticity, and movement play. Stibens is an avid runner and cyclist, a part-time drumming student, and a weekend woodworker and he firmly believes that we can always make time for the activities that bring us joy and enrich our lives.
