About
SiMotion Health
Our Approach
At SiMotion Health, we transform how people move through intentional simplicity. Our evidence-based approach addresses the root causes of movement dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. Through our innovative object-based training method, we create conditions where your nervous system naturally adapts toward more balanced, efficient movement patterns.
Our three-step methodology—Recognize, Train, and Change—provides a clear path to lasting transformation. We precisely assess your unique patterns, implement targeted protocols, and refine your movement quality until changes become automatic and lasting.
Whether you’re seeking to prevent injuries, enhance performance, or improve daily comfort, our approach creates a fundamental shift in how your body navigates the world—at work, at home, or in motion.
Meet Stibens,
My exploration of movement science began with simple curiosity about how bodies move and why they sometimes falter. Through years of applied practice and consulting, I discovered that lasting change comes not from complexity, but from intentional simplicity—precise adjustments that create profound ripple effects throughout the body.
With over 15 years of experience in preventative health, I combine sensory-spatial training with evidence-based movement optimization to help clients develop healthier patterns and sharper cognitive function. My approach bridges the gap between understanding movement and actually changing it—a fundamental challenge I’ve observed throughout my career.
As a graduate of CUNY Brooklyn College (M.S. in Kinesiology) and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), I blend academic knowledge with practical application. My additional training in Barefoot Rehabilitation (EBFA), Functional Movement Screening (FMS), and Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) informs my comprehensive approach to movement optimization.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, I bring rhythm and precision to movement training—skills honed through my passion for cycling, woodworking, and drumming. These diverse interests continually remind me that movement quality affects every aspect of our lives, from productivity to creativity to overall well-being.

Our
Philosophy
At SiMotion Health, we believe that movement is more than just physical—it’s a gateway to better health, sharper cognition, and long-term resilience. Our focus on neural adaptation rather than just muscle training creates comprehensive transformation that extends far beyond the training session.
By addressing movement at its source—the patterns created and maintained by your nervous system—we help you develop a transformed relationship with your body’s natural movement potential.
Empowering Movement,
One Conscious Step At A Time.
Thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
